First and foremost: We are sending virtual hugs to all of you! As we all continue to find our way and adjust to a new normal in so many areas of life, please know that the Bliss team is keeping you and your families in our thoughts and that nothing is more important than the safety and well being of each and every one of you!

This is a difficult time for everyone on the planet, unfortunately, difficult times often result in rumors and misinformation which tend to grow and spread. The facts are all enclosed in this Official Update.

Please note that the information below has been provided by the Bliss Cruise office and can be verified on the Bliss Cruise website.

The April 2021 Bliss Cruise Charter on Celebrity Infinity has NOT been canceled.

Our April 2021 charter has been fully paid for and both the Bliss team and Celebrity are currently working toward an on-time departure. We all want to get back to having fun and enjoying life!! That being said, the CDC has ultimate authority over cruises that originate in the United States. In line with the new protocols that have been administered by the CDC, the following are being discussed and are expected to apply to the April 2021 charter:

1. While not definitive, it is likely the charter will have a limited capacity, possibly as low as 50%.
2. Buffet dining will not be self-serve.
3. Regular and specialty dining will likely be limited to two passengers per table.
4. Entertainment venues will require social distancing, this includes the theatre as well as many others.
5. Our nightly themed dances are expected to have serious limitations.
6. It is unlikely that public playrooms will be available.

Bliss will always strive to provide an incredible cruise; however, we know these modifications may not provide the experience that you have come to expect from Bliss. The following options are currently available to all our valued guests:

1. You may remain booked with us for the April Charter, if Celebrity cancels the charter, you may at that time request a refund*, or a transfer.
   * Refunds will not be available for non-refundable funds that were transferred from a previous cruise.
2. You may transfer now, with no fees, to a future Bliss Cruise Charter. This applies to both new and existing bookings on any Bliss Cruise charter(s).

The cruise has not been cancelled; therefore, Celebrity still retains ALL funds our clients have paid.

As always, we are committed to providing up to date information as it becomes available and creating an atmosphere of safety and fun. Official information can always be verified on the Bliss Cruise website.

Rumors about 2023 are just that, rumors. There is currently no official announcement for 2023.

Welcome to the Revolution! In November 2020, the Celebrity Infinity will enter a six week dry-dock, where every cabin will stripped down to the metal and rebuilt. All carpets and public space will be totally redone, including a new casino. From adding brand new staterooms and elevating design concepts and technology across the ship to adding a private The Retreat Sun Deck and The Retreat Lounge for our Suite Class guests, this stunner will be turning heads more than ever. The Celebrity Revolution and our Bliss Cruise production will change the way you experience cruising aboard Celebrity Infinity.

The 2021 Bliss Cruise production on the Celebrity Infinity will feature major lifestyle nightly themes, the highest quality DJ's, an all-genre presentation of hits, live music bands, daily activities designed for couples to connect, superior educational seminars, hands-on professional workshops, poolside and rooftop special events, along with the largest full-service and expanded play rooms at sea.

This five-night cruise sets sail on April 19 - 24, 2021 from the Port of Miami, FL with stops in Ocho Rios, Jamaica and Georgetown, Grand Cayman.

UPDATE: Due to the new CDC-mandated restrictions that cruise lines must follow in ports to keep passengers and the locals safe, Bliss Cruise will no longer visit the originally scheduled ports as planned. Instead, we will have exclusive use of Labadee (Celebrity's private island) not for 1 day, but for 2 incredible, fun-filled and safe days.

Cancellation Policy/Fees

• On or Before March 15, 2020: $75.00 pp ($150 pp for Suites)
• Mar 16, 2020 - Jul 15, 2020: $150.00 pp ($300 pp for Suites)
• Jul 16, 2020 - Nov 15, 2020: $250.00 pp ($500 pp for Suites)
• After Nov 15, 2020: NO REFUND

* Cancellation policy dates remain the same regardless of your booking date.

Additional Fees

Additional fees are required for every person. The fees will reflect port charges, government taxes, doc fees, gratuities and security fees. These will be as follows:

• $350.00 per person for all Staterooms
• $425.00 per person for all Suites

Additional Person Cabin Cost

• $325.00 per person for all Staterooms
• $375.00 per person for all Suites

Single Policies

• Any person showing up at the port without their partner, shall not be admitted onto the ship and shall not be entitled to any sort of refund.
• Single passengers shall be allowed on the ship in a cabin only when accompanied by a couple and staying in their cabin.

Additional Details

Booking Details

• The cabin cost includes all meals, except in specialty restaurants, and basic poured drinks such as water, coffee and tea.
• Beverage and amenity packages are subject to automatic gratuity charge.

Special Offers

Any cabin purchased from Bliss Cruise, or one of its Travel Affiliates, is for the cabin ONLY. Any special pricing, promotions, offers or discounts of any type offered by the cruise line for one of their regular scheduled voyages are not part of the Bliss Cruise program and will not be honored. In addition, some cabins may have limited amenities during a Bliss Cruise charter.

What Not to Pack

For the safety of our guests and crew, there are certain items that are not allowed on board. If these are found, they will be confiscated. Alcoholic beverages, illegal drugs, flammable liquids, explosives, and dangerous chemicals will not be returned. Prohibited items are at the discretion of the Chief Security Officer and the Staff Captain and include, but are not limited to:

• Illegal drugs and substances
• Candles, incense, coffee makers, clothes irons, travel steamers and hot plates (Items that generate heat or produce an open flame. This includes heating pads, clothing irons, hotplates, candles, incense and any other item that may create a fire hazard. NOTE: The only exception to this policy are curling irons and hair straighteners. Matches and normal lighters are allowed onboard. However "torch lighters" and novelty lighters that look like guns are not allowed onboard. Torch lighters emit a powerful concentrated flame, and are therefore prohibited.)
• Electrical extension cords
• Firearms and ammunition, including realistic replicas
• Sharp objects, including knives and scissors*
• Self-defense, including handcuffs, pepper spray, and night sticks
• Alcoholic beverages** (Note: Alcoholic beverages that are purchased in ports-of-call or from shops onboard will be stored by the ship and delivered to you on the last day of the sailing.)

* Personal grooming items such as safety razors are allowed. Scissors with blades less than four inches are allowed.
** Two bottles of wine per stateroom are allowed on embarkation day, subject to corkage fees.

Pre-Cruise Details

It is always recommended that you arrive the night before the cruise to ensure that you do not miss the boat. For those of you that wish to follow our recommendation, we will make arrangements at a Miami hotel for a group rate to stay the night before the cruise. We'll be hosting a pre-cruise Meet & Greet Reception to give everyone the opportunity to start getting to know the others that you will be sailing the open waters with.

At this point, details for the hotel, Meet & Greet Reception and shuttle service have not been finalized yet for this cruise.
